Ok so i didn't watch the entire thing but I'm currently watching it on youtube. Before I felt indifferent towards McCain, now I'm terrified of what he is going to be ( another Bush).. I'm not crazy about Obama either but If I had to choose between these two, I would choose Obama, hands down.
Key points:
Senator McCain offered nothing but more of the same failed Bush policies, and Barack Obama made a forceful case for change in our economy and our foreign policy. While Senator McCain wants to keep giving huge tax cuts to corporations and said nothing about the challenges Americans are facing in their daily lives, Barack Obama will provide tax cuts for the middle class, affordable health care, and a new energy economy that creates millions of jobs. While foreign policy was supposed to be John McCain's top issue, Barack Obama noted that the misguided war in Iraq should end as soon as possible so that we can finish the fight against al Qaeda in Afghanistan.
How many times McCain mentioned
CHANGE: 1 time
MIDDLE CLASS: not once
John McCain lied right out off the bat during tonight's debate, claiming that he had warned us about the financial crisis that we are now facing. But in November, 2007 he admitted that he hadn't seen the mortgage crisis -- the root of today's financial crisis -- coming.
The video:

Obama was wearing a flag pin, McCain isn't (Not a big deal, but still...you ARE running for president)
McCain mentioned Iran being a global threat. Sounds like another Bush looking to start yet another war. He also ranted about the height difference between north and south koreans, which I didn't really see the point of.
Also, Sarah Palin is the biggest idiot I've ever seen (THANK GOD SHE WASN'T THERE!). God help us if McCain wins.
AND, I am surprised he didn't use his whole "I'm a veteran, wa wa wa" tactic. That's not a good thing! That means you support war and fucking America's double standards.
EEEEKKK...
I think i'm just gonna move to Ireland.

Alas, daily life is a bore.
::yawn:: at work again, after another day of school...It's friday and NO SALES(what the hell!) but it's okay, I'm getting used to not many sales. I think Deyanira and Nada are getting used to it too..
Well, i'm falling into the routine of school mon-friday, work friday and saturday nights. sounds fun, right?
No. Not really. It actually kinda stinks but I figure the harder I work in both school and work, the more rewarded I will be, right?
Now that's optimism!
Okie..well, only thing fairly interesting that happened today was that this guy came up to me and randomly started a conversation with me. I guess he was trying to hit on me but I figure apart from that, he gave me some valuable information
regarding the new Apple Store that just opened up in the mall(well, I guess it wasn't that valuable, but he DID tell me that they were hiring at $13 an hour!)
SO..after I get my new glassses, I'm going to stop by and pick up an application because I figure I'm only working 2 days at RS and getting basically nothing in my check, so might as well look at other options (I won't leave RS, i'll just have this as a back-up and for more income ;) )
Anywho, that was basically the highlight of my day (not the guy, but the job part)
Is it 10 yet? I'm going crazy!!!!
XD

Don't ask me to explain...
kay, since I have trouble coming up with title names, I used the ol' ipod shuffle thing to name this one..song by Of Montreal :)
Today was my third day of school and I have attended all my classes of this semester. Here's the run-down..
1. Psych of Adjustment-
Professor Houghton: looks like crypt-keeper, but seems very nice and understanding. Can make you feel comfortable and really seems to care about the class. *Lori( and Kate!) in class*
2. Contemp. Math-
Professor Cutler: looks like Rivers Cuomo from Weezer. Probably a new professor, due to his somewhat flightly and nervous appearance(hands were trembling when he was passing out the syllabus). Seems nice, however. Also, very nerdy and wears cheetah print (?) glasses, which can either mean he's very fashionable or very gay. *Steph in class*
3. Intro. to Cognitive Science-
Professor Townsend: sounds and looks like he wants to kill us and himself. Very detached, but might just be old and tired. Most likely a genius. Does not look like he will cut slack. Class might either be extremely informative and exciting(and make me decide to minor in Cog. Science) or might be absolutely boring(and might make me despise Cog. Science) *Noelle's friend Chokie in this class, very nice girl. Seems to be really into Twilight :) *
4. Spanish 4-
Professor Soto: ahh, that Professor Soto...what to say other than he's already proving to be inconsiderate and way too demanding( got this from first day) Seems nice to people who can actually carry a conversation in Spanish. I'm not worried for me, but rather the poor non-hispanic souls who have to take that class. *Class with really annoying older lady who seems to always talk and has a need to prove she can speak fluent Spanish, even though she can't*
5. Child Psychology-
Professor Lakusta: Nice younger lady, kinda looks like a mix between Tina Fey and Selma Blair. Seems very understanding and into kids, A LOT. Made us go around room and talk about ourselves..yuck. *Kate from Psych of Adjustment in this class. Cool girl. Is going into publishing for "The Aquarian", a mag about music. Will be paid to go to concerts and write reviews. Totally jealous of her job*
